I do not recommend this place. Rusty/dirty cabinets, rug dirty/worn, smoke detector falling from ceiling, no light in refrigerator, only one office chair at dining table, leak in shower from upstairs room every time someone above us would take a shower. Toilet would not flush properly! When I asked for maintenance the first time, I was told he would be in at 9 am, then I was told noon, & finally when I called back they said he must have called off! Had to go to office to get plunger & plunge it myself! Luckily I kept the plunger in the bathroom because we had to use it quite often! No cleaning lady…we stayed 4 nights & was told that we were not on the service list so if we needed anything like towels or utensils, we would have to go to front desk. When we requested utensils from office, among the silverware was a rusted can opener! No way would I have let anyone use that thing! I guess I should have asked for a second chair so we could both sit at table to eat but they probably would have given me a rusted/rotted, falling apart chair!! Also the heater would blow out a blast of cold air when it kicked on! There was a wide gap under the door where the draft stopper had come off so we had to put towels against door to keep winter cold air from coming in! Very disappointed for as much as we had to spend per night! I will never stay here again!

This is a nice hotel. It’s clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. If you have a Bonvoy status, upgrades were a bit of a challenge to be had. Not because the hotel was sold out, because it wasn’t. Not sure why it was a whole ordeal. The breakfast is so-so. Frankly, Hilton Hampton Inn has a better breakfast selection. At this price point, it shouldn’t be.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a date night out. The lady checking us in was friendly when we checked in. We got up to our room and immediately noticed the loud yapping dog in the room directly across the hall from us. We waited a few minutes and the dog did not stop barking. It was a loud continuous yapping that was very annoying. We did not want to chance hearing that all night and possibly being woken up by it in the middle of the night or early morning hours. So we called down to the front desk and informed the lady. She said that that dog had been there three days and was not an issue but she would look into moving us. 10 minutes and she had not called our room back. So my husband called back down there. She proceeded to to tell my husband how those guests have been there for 3 days with that dog and the dog had not been an issue and that they had not had any complaints and that their first step is usually to try to call the owner to make them aware of the situation. She stayed on the phone with my husband and said we could switch to a different room. I then walked down to the front desk with our keys in hand and was shocked to be met with a very rude tone from the lady. She very angrily told me how the dog has been there for 3 days with no complaints and that the owners just stepped out to have dinner with their grandchildren. I said I understand that but we have a valid complaint because we don't want to risk being awake all night hearing the dog. She said, and I quote, ”I'm not happy about this move.” Quite frankly we are the paying customer and I do not care if she is not happy about having to move us rooms. She gave me the keys to the new room. By this point I was very upset at how rude she was. I took the keys and walked away and she shouted as I walked away, ”You're welcome.” My husband and I travel very frequently and typically we have our two sons with us. But occasionally we get out for a date night. We typically must do at least 15 or more hotel stays a year and have been doing that for at least the last 8 years. Never, and I honestly mean never, have we been met with such an unfriendly and unwelcoming worker. There are dozens of hotels in the Westport area. I would never choose to stay at this hotel again. We are the paying customer. Our complaint about a yapping dog was completely valid and for her to tell me she was unhappy about having to move us is completely unacceptable to me.. And also when my husband and I left the room an hour later, we still heard the dog yapping, as we were just moved to a room down the hall. We also took audio recording of the dog yapping.

The room is clean and tidy. The air conditioner is noisy. Easy parking. There is a leak in the shower head of the room I live in. Overall it feels okay.

i had a wonderful experience at this hotel .Initially ,i accidentally booked standard room ,but upon realizing my mistake, i approached the front desk .The staff there was incredibly accommodating and swiftly upgraded my room,making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. the room was clean, and the service I received was excellent .I truly appreciated their attention to customer satisfaction.

It was great to stay a night here. Would Come again when I go to St. Louis
