Great hotel, good location, nice staff. We loved the pool. It was very clean and had an awesome breakfast.

The hotel environment is beautiful and comfortable. There is a McDonald's and a pancake restaurant nearby. It is close to customers and convenient. Minneapolis in autumn is absolutely beautiful. I love this city.

酒店服務就是沒有,入住時笑臉相迎,一説房型錯了就立馬變臉了。最可氣的是離店後隨便扣款。由於飛機故障晚到一天説不能取消訂單。到了又説因為沒有按時入住房型給別人了。然後就是經理説補償早餐,結果離店後賬户里扣了早餐錢。另外還從信用卡里隨意扣了100多美金的費用。再等着經理處理了兩天,酒店居然不認賬了。 最後攜程賠款。真是側底無語了。一個破酒店入住前就溝通,離店還在處理。一路就處理這破事了。
