Good really enjoyed that

Everything remains the same and I, a traveler, stay in the same place because it is clean, safe, convenient to travel and close to shopping areas. The hotel has everything, including washing machines, clothes drying racks, microwaves, kitchen equipment and irons.

The location is amazing close to everything. Hotel facilities were good. Housekeeping staff is very polite. Overall good stay.

Terrible management that doesn’t know how to take care of their customers

the room was good and spacious enough, only the problem are the lights its quite dark and few kitchen utensils. but the service they are attentive to assist your needs.

Suitable for overnight stay near the airport after getting off the plane very late, the sanitary conditions are average

The hotel room was okay, and the service from the Germans was also very good and very welcoming. Then the hotel also gave a few small candies, which is suitable for a person to stay on a business trip. Overall, it is highly recommended.

The hotel is near the airport. There is a lot of restaurants, grocery, salon & other shops nearby. All convenient for us. We booked room with 4-single beds but luckily we were upgraded to a family room with 2 bedrooms, sala & kitchen. Thank You so much for that. Such a great experience coz we cooked our own food.

It was our first time visit in Dubai to star emirates hotel apartment,we have got good suite room apartment, ,huge space ,staff was very friendly and smiling always ,specially Mustofa brother ,he is from Pakistan,also some of staff Bangladeshi in front desk working they r really good.overall experience was really good.feel to go back again.highly recommended
