We are patron of this hotel and have been here several times. Good thing they had slippers provided. Room is clean as always. For this stay though I slipped and fell on the bathroom almost knocked my head because the sliding door separating the shower was gone thus all the sprinkles of the water were all over the floor. Hope this can be fix. All in all we had a good experience. The staff are great!

I booked a Luneta Suite but was upgraded to a Tower Suite upon check-in, as my room wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting for about an hour. While the Tower Suite was spacious at approximately 30 sqm and comfortable, the view of the Port Area was a bit disappointing. I was hoping for a Manila Bay view. However, the staff did go above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I requested to have breakfast in my room instead of going to the buffet, and they graciously accommodated this, which I truly appreciated. The service overall was attentive and courteous, and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch. The hotel itself is rich in history and charm, but the long wait at check-in and the view from the suite did slightly detract from the experience. Despite these minor issues, Manila Hotel offers a classic stay with excellent service. I would consider staying again, hoping for a smoother check-in and a better view next time.

I recently stayed in this hotel very close to the VFS visa appointment center, which made my trip incredibly convenient. The location is also a short walk from Ayala Malls, perfect for dining and shopping. However, the room lacked a TV and Wi-Fi, which might be a downside for some guests. On the plus side, the hotel has a shared pantry where you can heat water, use the microwave, and store some food in the fridge. Overall, if proximity to the visa center and Ayala Malls is your priority and you don’t mind the absence of in-room entertainment, this hotel is a decent choice.

Has complete amenities. The security guard took a picture of us even though we already presented our IDs and authorization coming from the owner. Don’t know if it was protocol or maybe they were suspicious but felt like criminals lol did not like the experience personally

Our room was spacious, well-maintained and clean. Linens and beds were comfortable. With my kids and senior parents around, I found it easy to move around the hotel premises. Lightings and air ventilation were adequate too. Hotel staff were prompt, efficient and helpful. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience tailored to families with senior and small kids. 10/10

I don't want to sound Biased . . . . After all I did stay in the lower penthouse here at room 4006. A bit smaller than the rooms in Makati. I guess the place was just finished and launched. There were quite a few renovation works that were going on. A few things in the apartment like the sink clogging a bit. The TV and network a bit on and off. But overall it was 4.0/5.0 stars. It's a SMDC property so I'm sure they will get things right like they did in Makati. But this place was really good as well. Despite those small hiccups. I loved the place. An easy recommendation to anyone visiting the Philippines.

We really enjoyed our stay here in novotel suites. Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is good. Staff were courteous and helpful. Kids are very enjoy in the swimming pool and kid corner. They even gave us. complimentary slice of cake for my baby girl graduation😊 Definitely we will book again here. Thanks novotel suites

Very clean and good service. There is appliances like rice cooker, eletric stove, eletric kettle, washing machine and kitchen utensils so you are able to cook and wash at the sane time. Walking distance from the airport so very nice.
