Overall it's pretty good. The room is very new and the decoration is very stylish. I was asked to go through the security check as soon as I entered the door. It was amazing.

Location and renovation is good, its the newest hotel within the area. But be careful on your stay and check out, they will charge u penalty even just a small stain which can be erased.
