We booked our stay here at this hotel, at firstt we thought that after we paid the hotel fee via trip they charged us again another 150 pesos at the hotel.The room was dirty electric socket is not in function broken tiles and chairs no water bottle etc. no soap no conditioner.

This is the worst hostel I've been into. I paid online but the front desk still asked me for 356 to make it 1,000 pesos. That is ridiculous. She said it's their policy aside from 1,000 deposit that is refundable once you check out. There are no toiletries provided, no heater, air conditioning unit sucks and worst the toilet has no flush. This is a warning to all prospect customers, avoid this hostel at all cost. They ruin the brand of RedDoorz.

First time to encounter a hotel na paid na through online payment tas nanghihingi pa ng additional payment kase dapat daw 1k yung payment sa hotel. Kaya nga ako nagbook online para mas makatipid pero ganon din pala kelangan daw 1k payment sa hotel. Idk why. Hindi yun deposit ha iba pa ung deposit na 500 pesos na refundable upon checkout. Then nung pagpasok namin sa room wala kahit isang amenities grabe sabi sa booking may free soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo pero wala talaga kahit isa. Then madumi ung cr may mga sachet pa ng shampoo sa sahig and ung bidet sira nasa floor lang nakakaloka ibang iba sha sa photos as in nakakapanlinlang. This is to spread awareness sa mga nagbbook dito. Parang horror in real life kase pati ilaw napakadilim haha idk talaga. Nagpapalipat kami ng room pero sabe sa ibang room daw mahina ang aircon. 😅😅

It's really value for money. Our purpose is just to have a place to put our stuff in. I like that the aircon is good so we were able to sleep well. The location is good and there's a lot of food options around, plus it's close to the Blumentritt and Abad Santos stations. Also, they allowed us to put in our stuff as we went to the hospital and MAB.

Service was okay but the room has a cockroaches. You have to return the key every time that you’re leaving the premises.

The room was not the same as advertised. We expected a cozy, spacious room but we were given a very plain small room. They didn't hand us a key so we had to bring our valuables when we went outside for dinner. No free bottled water. The room's walls are not concrete. The only good thing was the TV which has a strong internet connection.
