The worst hotel i've ever stayed in, the mattress so dirty the toilet like a rubish dump, the door couldn't be locked. And the employees just stood like a statues watching a guest carrying suitcase from first floor to the 4th floor. I booked for a week but i only staying for a night and u trip.com dont even let me refund on my booking

A decent hotel if you wanna catch an early train or arriving late by train. The staffs were helpful and the breakfast was ok. Bed was ok, with amenities provided. Needs improvement in managing mosquitoes in rooms.

Relatively quiet location 10 minutes from the train station. Only the mosque next door wakes you up at half past four, but that's hard to avoid in the whole country. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated with old furniture. We got one of the rooms on the third floor with a terrace and a view of the city. The bathroom was dirty, but no mold. There is no sink and you have to use the shower. There are a few ants and cockroaches running around the room, but that's typical for the price of the room. The staff was nice. Check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast was great. Classic Indonesian. The city is worth a stay. It is the only one so far with beautiful, well-kept and large sidewalks. Great for jogging and walking. Everything was very clean and well-kept. The dinner was fantastic.

when the wife checked in she was refused even though she had brought the appropriate ID card, thought she was not a legal partner even though the children were already sleeping, tired in the car, the staff did not help even though the room on the 3rd floor had to carry the child, etc., the room was dirty, there were rat droppings, the sound of mice, there was no room or food for breakfast.
