Recently I had a wonderful stay with my family in this hotel .The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Thank you trip.com

Booked VIP (south-wing)1king and 1single but I've wanted where the big pool and not feel exclusive and isolated. They let me change it to premium but gave me smaller room and they only let me have 2 excess person. not really a good deal as it's only have 1king bed and had to pay for extra 2people, 2 blankets php 400 and sleep on the floor. The family enjoys which is the main thing.

It was a fun experience although the front desk should be more accommodating and should not be rude. We went there before the checkin time however they did not let us checkin on time because they need to clean the rooms first. It was a bummer but nevertheless, it was still a good experience.

We had a great stay. The accommodation and facilities are definitely worth the buck. Looking forward to book with them again in the future.

We got the impression the hotel and staff are more interested in the people that come in to spend the day at the waterpark and pools than the guests themselves. If you want a tranquil place this is not the one, as many families come from the outside to spend time in the pools and noise goes on to 11pm when they close. No towels are offered either. The restaurant had very poor options, and not very good smell… We would go to 2 restaurants nearby. On our first night they forgot to make up our room… Oh and by the way if you lose your room key card they will charge you 300 pesos!

Location is great, it is next to MO2 bar, parkmall and very close to SM city cebu. They have spacious rooms and exclusive pools for in house guests. My son enjoyed the kiddie pools. One thing I think they need to improve is the breakfast. Given the price, it would be great if they have buffet breakfast.

My son love the place because of the pool access. Our room has easy access to the pool so he can swim anytime he wants and for us parents can just watch over him easily because the pool is just in front of our room.

Thoss place is actually our go-to place for a quick "staycation". Rooms are very clean. The resort has many pools to enjoy ❤️
