It is not fair to comment on the facility and interior of the hotel because I made a mistake on date. I tried immediately amend through the app, but the robot does not give me options. I called the apps customer service, but was told that I have to wait. I try to take things on my hand to handle it calling the hotel but getting into the call center. everybody at the call center says that they cannot help with third-party reservation. But the third-party which is Trip.com told me through its agent and it’s robot that it’s talking to Hotel and it’s checking if the hotel can help me to change the date. This is not true the hotels I told me that they cannot touch the reservation. I’m not sure which side is lying, but I know I’m being kicked around by both side. OK fine. I will never use you again and I will do my best to make sure that everybody knows my experience. Thank you very much.

I have written down a note in advance saying if they can prepare a small surprise for my partner’s birthday as I wanted to surprise him and I was willing to pay extra if needed. When we got there, the receptionist did not know anything about it. I still haven’t received the refund from the $200 deposit they took from my account and it’s been almost a week since our trip. Tried calling hotel but no one answers.

Being a five star hotel I would have expected complimentary toothbrush, or even complimentary water at a minimum. Overall lovely staff members and beautiful building and rooms.

Overall great experience from check in to check out, however there was a small issue with our preordered breakfast not arriving in time before we headed out for the morning. The bathroom was my favourite as it was spacious and had excellent amenities

Never come back to this hotel as overall service really bad, staff not professional, check in experience terrible unless I complaint to settle my enquiry. Not enough staff in lobby, bell boy service don’t even help out all all, no greeting from staff. Our family came for wedding and different member has different complaint points. If you look for service, don’t pick this hotel

Good service and amenities. Near Chadstone Shopping Centre.

What a way to do Chadstone. I grew up near the shopping centre and remember it when it was just an arcade with Myer, a few shops and a bowling alley. Over the years I have visited often, perhaps not so much now we live in country Victoria.

Great location to stay at

Very nice hotel. Very modern. Close to shopping centre and I love the fact it’s all covered with escalators to Chadstone shopping centre. Very nice and friendly staff . Easy access to car parks.

Great way to unwind after a full day of shopping

Excellent for shopping , a luxury night away but saves the hassle of driving all the way to the city. Breakfast is terrific and cocktails with view is great. All the usual Accor services and lux rooms.

The restaurant is delicious, the scenery is great, the swimming pool is heated and comfortable

The room is very big. Twin room. Each bed is 1.5 meters. The view from the room is unbeatable. You can see the coastline in the distance. The swimming pool is superb. The breakfast is also very rich. Next to it is the largest shopping mall in South Australia. There are restaurants, pharmacies and cinemas. There are also many buses downstairs that can go directly to many places in the city. Excellent experience. Recommended index five stars
