All are good staff are friendly and helpful only breakfast is Sucks....pecel was freezing and bumbu nya juga dingin....not recommended for bfast there

Disappointed vacation in Batu Suki Hotel & Resort Batu... The condition of the room (we booked 3 bed rooms cottage) is not appropriate and it was very dirty. .... the ceiling is broken, there are stains at the floor, the stove is broken, the inside of refrigerator is dirty ... And when we raised the complain, the front office is not willing to accept and neglect our complain ... the manager on duty did not appear and did not take the responsibility at all

It's quite good here even though it's not very clean, the price is still affordable compared to other hotels which are already expensive, I suggest there's a superior king type in the OTA options
