Sudah stayed here several times when visiting the rock. Even though the hose is a few years. But the condition is still good. A little different. his staff is friendly. From booking time to the day of arrival. The booking process is also easy. No requests for DP or full payment. Only confirmation 1 week ago. Things are different from others. FAMILY room is also good. quite big. Clean. Just the warm water is not stable. There can always be hot water because its capacity is not enough for everything. for the breakfast is also good. The menu is quite varied. The only thing that's getting a little bit about eggs, a total limit of the amount, and the queue is long and long, the staff should be added to it so it won't be too long, the location is pretty good, I think. But it's up to anyone's assessment of what location is.

The room is spacious according to the reservation and is enough for 4 people. Cleanliness needs to be improved, the bed sheets, pillows are dull and have many yellow spots, the TV sometimes works sometimes not, only for national broadcasts, the bathroom smells fishy, it has been cleaned but the smell does not go away. The panoramic view is very good, the location is also strategic, on Sundays many people exercise and sell food around the villa.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Golden Tulip Resort Batu from 18th of July for two nights . The hotel Is great, especially for It's restaurants. We have been in all three restaurants , each has there own specialities. The breakfast is served on the indonesians one , Branche; they served good indonesian food and for my surprise they serve also some typical Indonesian 'jamu' (traditional infusione) 💞. Compliments for their very well servings and very Good RAWON, GADO2, RUJAK, BUBUR JAWA and orher dishes ; the good works of HEAD CHEF RIO and CHEF UBAY !🍾🍾 We have tried also Infinite Restaurant . I had some sceptic impressions reading their menù at the first glance. They put some incredible meats on pizza!! (I live in Italy and never eat that kind of pizza !) But guys, i tell you that it was completly wrong first impression! This restaurant will makes you very happy after testing their FUSION cuisine !!!! Congratz for CHEF ZAINUL and all the service people with their kindness , MULIA and ERA 🍾🍾 And of course for our last dinner we had It on Skydome , the restaurant stays on the top of the Building . As beautiful as the site, as good as their cuisine !🍾🍾 We had also a good experience with all the staff , receptionists, concierges, room services (Frada, Eswat and others) for their kindness and patient and smiles during their work 🍾🍾🍾 . They served very well our elderly parents ❤️. Guys, i do suggest you to stay in this hotel and try It s restaurants!

MMOHAMED ALIFFI BINThe front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK.
Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

Ddonid28I take vacation to Batu Malang and randomly choose this hotel. order junior suite room because bring the whole army :D from front, this hotel just look like standar 3-star hotel. But when I enter my room, I surprised because the room is very spacious and cozy. 1 king size bed and 1 queen bed. and there is a additional compliment drink like soft drink which is rare in 3-star hotel. this hotel had a strategic location, near with jatim park 3, batu night spectacular, and alun-alun malang. very good if you had a family vacation. but the breakfast is very few variation but there is plenty of street food if you want to breakfast not in hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was very good. We especially liked that our early check-in could be accommodated. The staff were very helpful. We found the breakfast to be excellent with lots of choice. One morning we had to be out very early to visit Mt Bromo, so we requested a breakfast box which had a good selection of food inside it. The grounds were very pretty, with lots of ponds and fish, and the pool looked good. Downsides were that the location wasn't very central to Batu so a taxi was needed. We were there two nights, and one morning there was a wedding which seemed to dominate the pool and breakfast area in the morning. Not a deal breaker for us, but annoying if we had planned an early morning dip!

JjoGLOW81I have spent my vacation for 2 days in this chic hotel. My first impression to this property was great. You will find lazy couch and artificial green grass in each balcony and staring a breathtaking views of Batu city . The location is very easy to find since it located just step ahead to the famous recreational theme park in Batu. The room and the bed was so clean and comfort. You will also find a nice shower with cold and warm water. You will also get 2 bottles mineral water and tea and cereals..well..I thought this could be value added service for this property. For moslem traveller, I couldn't find the kiblat's direction both over the ceiling or anywhere else in this room. They also do not provide the saroong for gents to pray. So, you should bring by yourself. I thought this property also must be consider about cloth's hanger coz I also do not find this in the room. Last but not least,for Hotel Manager and HR Manager, you must see your training need analys since your guest service agent was poor and lack responsiveness. I bit disappointed for several needs ignored. Well...over all the choice is yours reader

GGuest UserI stayed for 2 nights during weekend. Finally tried this hotel after several times passes it by and choosing other. Our stay was lovely, check in process was fast, staff is friendly and hotel is newly build so everything is neat and clean. Room size is okay, clean, bright and comfortable bed equipment. I choose room heading to swimming pool, bit noisy but still acceptable. Bathroom little small, but utilities is good (good choices of soap). My room type provide sofa by the window suitable for 1 teens to sleep, its nice. Swimming pool bit too small, gym also small and provide limited equipment. Breakfast during first day was good, taste is acceptable. Cappucino bit bland, could be improve. Service in dining area are good, staff isa attentive and friendly. Also security in parking area are friendly and attentive, kudos to the staff. Parking located 200 m away from hotel but they provide shuttle. Definetely will coming back!!

The sink doesn't have hand sanitizer,
Even if it's on a rock, it's not as cold as we used to living in the city when the air conditioner is getting a little hot because the room doesn't have the AC.
The room window was a bit too bright because there was no curtain, until 6 am I couldn't sleep because it was very bright,
Maybe it'll be good for the oxygen to be two sessions, night and morning.
The villa with 2 or 3 bedrooms (1 person) onsen with koq is quite narrow ya
The breakfast was all cold (it was actually we went to the restaurant for 9:30 o'clock a rice breakfast), but the dinner of this class has a heater, and I found two hairs in 2 different dishes,
Please keep it clean. Yes.
Over all that's just a little input, a little bit.
I'm sure it's still one and I'll be back when I have a chance

All food no tasty And need more variety We are reserved for family And for breakfast we had pay 65k for child, 125k for adults And for us, that is not worth it, with 125k, Buffet only those things Need more variety in the breakfast

PpatigintingThe exhibition and lobby are quite classy. But unfortunately the rooms are very simple and old. Cleanliness is also less awake. Especially the bed sheet. It seems that all rooms have a balcony. Only the difference between the view from the room. I happened to have a view of the pool that rarely cleaned when I saw it. The best seems to be the room facing the road. From the room you can see the beauty of the mountains and poor town. But calm, when breakfast the rations are really the champion. The view is very beautiful. We can see the floating parade, mountains and poor town from afar. For the menu is quite varied and delicious. The staff and staff are also very friendly. The hotel is close to the tour coban roundabout and the rock city square. There's a pilot cafe in front of you which seems okay to relax, and the hotel is overall good, just maybe it needs to be kept clean and updated the furniture.
