This proximity makes it very convenient for those coming for Umrah or Hajj. rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained.

This hotel is my absolute favourite hotel to stay at when I'm in Makkah! The hotel's prime location, stunning views of the Holy Haram, and exceptional service make it the perfect choice for a comfortable and spiritual stay. I've stayed here multiple times, and each time, I'm impressed by the staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I need. I highly recommend the Swissôtel Makkah to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Makkah.

Very closed to haram and the hotel is clean and breakfast is superb.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Haram, especially near King Abdul Aziz Gate. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, making it a relaxing place to return to after a long day. The breakfast was decent, with a large variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the view of the Haram from my room. One great convenience was being able to pray in the room during busy times, as the sound of the congregation from Masjid al-Haram was played in speakers of the room that you can turn on or off according to your comfort. The only downside was that the washroom was a bit small, but overall, the stay was very comfortable.

On my arrival just in 2 minutes my room key was in my hand. Very friendly staff. Neat n clean room. We stayed in Room 2932. Our floor manager services was excellent. A wonderful guy. Every day he ask if we have any issue. Nice Kaaba view. Food was tasty & soo much choices. This hotel is awesome. Definitely will come back soon.

My booking is kabai  view and what I got is Haram view and there are a different price from these two and I asked the reception to change my room and he just saying OK and we’ll change it and nothing happen

The service was amazing , the restaurant was perfect , international cuisine moroccan food was the best , the view was incredible , the restaurant manager was respectful , the staff in the pic and baggage staff ( zin islam ) i think his name , the whole experience is great my only comment about the security guys that you hired during ramadan not respectful , the hotel administration need to guide this guys how to communicate with guests.

Pricey hotel and difficult to find first time as no signage within the clock tower mall. However very comfortable stay and very friendly staff.

The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable The location is awesome and they have a great service for the Hujaaj and Motamereen We were in Ramadan the Sahour was okay / acceptable from the quality of the food and the variety Anyway we had enjoyed our accommodation and will definitely come again

I appreciate how the hotel maintains its cleanliness especially during Umrah season. Definitely will stay again in shaa Allah.
