I had a really good stay, and it was actually 4 nights. I really like the pool, and the hotel location is super close to Glorietta, Greenbelt, and Landmark malls. Housekeeping was great, and front desk staff (thank you Cyrus) were kind and very helpful with information. The only one thing is that hotel is a little bit older, as could be seen with some of the wooden paneling and desk. In addition, the light switches were a bit confusing sometimes, and the carpet could use a change soon. However, the shower was hot and strong, and the overall room was very functional, with a LOT of storage space/options in the room. All facilities like the pool, the gym, and the restaurants looked great, and the lobby lounge is beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends, and I can’t see myself looking for another hotel choice unless a competitor is offering a massive promotion. This is a great hotel in my opinion.

Our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Makati with our family was absolutely amazing! The service was exceptional — the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding: a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym. The dining options were fantastic, with delicious meals that catered to both adults and kids. The breakfast spread was especially impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The location was perfect as well — central and convenient, with shopping malls and attractions nearby. It made exploring the city so easy. Our stay at Shangri-La was truly unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return for another family vacation!

Was there with my wife and was wowed by grandeur upon entering the hotel. Warm and friendly hotel staff and great food during breakfast! Room is spacious and and bathroom is fantastic. The only feedback is that it really looks dated, but apart from that, all good! Great location as well~

Our stay was AWESOME! location wise, its pretty good. Great restaurant around the place. Room - big. View - 100% (we had king deluxe at 16th flr) breakfast buffet were THE BEST! Overall rate : 10/10. Thank you Makati Shang and i hope to come back soon!

We last stayed in this hotel more than 20 years ago. It is a great location, central to shopping malls and restaurants, cafes, bars etc. The hotel is first class, same as it was all those years before. The staff were lovely, well spoken, very professional. The swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge pool, jacuzzi, steam room all great! The buffet breakfast is more like a feast for kings and queens! Great variety, including international fare e.g. Japanese, Indian, oriental and western food. It was exceptional. My wife misplaced her purse with valuable jewellery. We asked reception and they found it for us. It had been handed in by a security guard. We gave the guard a generous reward for their honesty. Loved our stay and we will return.

Nice location nice service but the room for a luxury hotel like that needs to be upgraded because looks like a room of 90th

A little older than most of the Shangri-La off the beaten track a little bit good options to eat nearby basically okay comfortable bed very comfortable pillows

Great location. Next to many malls. Room is spacious, bed is not too soft which suits me.
