"Very nice location - it is easy to reach the sights of Mainz and also to have a stroll along the river. During my stay there was some construction, that was not very pleasant. Also, make sure you are staying in the main building, or you will have to walk a long way with luggage... and help was not offered, although I had 2 suitcases. European hotel rooms tend to be small and drab - that was the case here too."

"In addition to the remote location, otherwise it is not the price now.
There is no air conditioning in the room, which is a flaw for people who are afraid of heat.
Everything else is impeccable, the breakfast is rich, the sanitation is excellent, and the hotel also provides free indoor parking."

"This hotel is located just in front of the train station which is so convenient, also mean the main bus stop is here. It's quite well decorated. Despite its old built, it's well organized inside. Unfortunately I got the room on the backside but still got the top floor, so won't complain. They have AC and heater(separately). Just only one hair in found in the bathroom is the diasadvantage. Oh well, the blanket seems to be smaller than a queen bed. Maybe because I book just for one, anyway I hope to get a big one. A women at the reception I met was nice, friendly. Overall, I kinda like it here. Well, haven't tried thier breakfast so, can't say. I will be back here if I visit Mainz for some business reasons."

"The hotel is very quiet and safe in a residential area. The boss is very good at serving, the authentic German uncle. The room is big enough, which is rare in Europe. Warm heating is a warm and happy winter. It is about a kilometer from the city center and is within walking distance. Going to the pedestrian street, the shopping mall area is tired, eating enough to drink in the bar, then walking back, it is a wonderful memory!"

"The apartment is very large, but there is no washing machine. The location should be the center of the center, basically you can walk to most of the attractions. It is more like a high-end airbnb and cannot be counted as a hotel."

SShuk YiThe hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station. Very easy for travelling. It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk.
The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes.
Staff are very friendly. In general, the Germans are hospitable and friendly to foreigners.

WWeitaiyiThis hotel is relatively new, but the location is very good, very close to the central train station. In addition, the room is so beautiful, the Chinese elements are great, there are Chinese carpets, it feels like flying in the clouds, I sleep well, the receptionist is very considerate, beautiful and nice, has a great service concept, and also recommended a restaurant for me. I recommended dining. In addition, the aunt in the guest room was very attentive, considerate and warm. I will definitely stay here next time.

FFliFlaI go to this hotel whenever I have the change. It’s not only very conveniently located, but the staff is so kind and warm it makes it an extra pleasure to stay there. Breakfast is very good and the overall envió and vibe of the hotel is superb. Highly recommend!

The room facilities were spacious and good
2 bunk beds
Out of the 4 beds, I wasn't sure if the sheets on the 2nd floor had been changed
So I took one off the cleanliness
I used a sticker every time to remove dust from the sheets
But that bed had a lot of dust, such as white hair
We were a family of 4, but we only used 3 beds
The location was good because there was a large supermarket and beer house nearby
It's a little far from the old town
But considering the price, I'm very satisfied

CCharming ChanNot quite close to the Mainz city center, but 10 mins walk + use of trams from train station is just acceptable. A bit dark inside the room. Very traditional type of key. Breakfast included but I leave early, so no chance to take it.

GGuest UserThere is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and opposite. It was about two stops with half hop, so it was easy to move the carrier. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. The room was clean and meticulous every day, so I felt good when I went out and came back.
I used a three-person room, but it was a small bed, but I came to rest comfortably with a private bed. The front desk staff were always very friendly!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a little bit creepy. They have an underground floor but the elevator button at the underground floor didn't work at all. I waited for ten minutes like an *****. Breakfast was decent though. The Viet food around the corner was great
