The hotel location is more than excellent, right in the middle of Gran Via, the Main Street In Madrid.the hospitality is very warm and sincere. The gentleman in the reception gave me an early check in when he knew I was flying over night. Jo, I hope the name is correct , was looking after my luggage, he’s a very friendly person. The room was very comfortable and modern , the breakfast was amazing . Simply everything was more than perfect and I highly recommend it and will stay in it next time in Madrid

The location is very convinient as it is close to the Gran Via metro station. However, the room is a bit small for two persons, providing that we had two luggages. Also, the facilities is a bit old. The receptionists were super friendly and warmly remind us about the traffic conditions during the weekend.

Amazing location, pretty much right in the city centre so close to lots of restaurants, bars & shopping! Food was also fab but slightly pricey. Rooms were super clean & had all you needed in them but were a little on the smaller side. Would highly recommend staying there tho !!

Great location. Very clean rooms, sheet change and coffee refill everyday. A bit small rooms even if it is premium, especially the toilets. Don't expect too much. Regarding the reception service, okay-ish. Based on the personnel the service level varies, for instance we were served by the dark blonde male receptionist who didn't explain almost any of the amenities and was with an upset face all of the duration, whereas next to him there was another guy who was enthusiastically explaining all, moreover booking some flamenco entertainment even if he wasn't asked to. The worst part is the breakfast which is below average, even if we have paid for 3 days, we didn't have breakfast at the hotel after the first day. Overall a happy experience if you don't count the breakfast.

Excellent location, Gran Vía business district, a few minutes walk from the subway station. Good breakfast. The waiter was very nice. The room was clean.

The hotel staff provided very good service. The overall environment of the hotel was also OK, but the room was a bit small and there were many tourists checking in at the door.

The room is in a very good location, in the center of Madrid's major attractions, and many places are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is quite satisfactory. There are Ronaldo's jerseys and signatures, but there are no other traces of Ronaldo.

The hotel environment is very good, the room is spacious, the front desk Xiao Chen has a good service attitude, patiently explained, and also gave a free upgrade. It is a hotel worth recommending [strong]
