The hotel is very central located. Not cheap for solo room. my room had no view (no sunlight) but the alleys of the building. No central heating in the room but there was an air conditioner. There was a construction in the hotel with alot of disturbing sounds. You can’t have a nap in the afternoon. Raoul or Rafael a new employee there was very nice customer service person. Lovely, welcoming and helpful.

It was a very nice trip. The hotel was in a great location in Gran Via,also the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The best location,breakfast its just okay just little choices.This hotel don’t have sleepers,water just two bottles,no tooth brush,coffee’s and tea’s not refillable and sorry but overall experience was not so good..but location is the best.

Great location for tourists

Excellent hotel, confortable rooms and cleaness

Hotel very well located, with very spacious facilities and very comfortable rooms. They gave me a room on a high floor and it was quiet, a detail that is appreciated. Check-in is usually from 12:00 onwards, which is also very important. I will stay again.

The location is very good. The airport bus is not far from the door. There is a large supermarket opposite, which is very convenient for shopping. The environment is very good. There is a small park next to it with few people, very quiet.

The location is great! It's equivalent to Shanghai's Nanjing Road, very close to the subway, with a lot of food nearby, and the British Palace is also on this street. The famous bear hugging the tree lasted 10 minutes. It's just that the hair dryer in the room is really unbearable. I use it for 30 seconds and need to rest for 2 minutes. Other than that, it's good.

The hotel service is very good. You can check in at 11 o'clock in the morning. The staff has a good attitude. The room is large and the toilet is large and clean. There are many large shopping malls nearby. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Sun Plaza. The location is very good. All major brands are available here. If I go to Madrid again, I will stay here again

I booked a room for 3 people. The room was very small (I guess all the hotels in the city are about the same). The location advantage (commercial district) is better. Shopping and food are close at hand. If you like shopping, this is a good choice. Attractions such as the Royal Palace of Madrid are within walking distance.

In the city center, you can go shopping, next to the subway entrance and bus station

A very old hotel, but the location is great. In the center of Madrid, you can walk to basically everywhere. The twin room we wanted was on the mezzanine between the fourth and sixth floors. I don’t know if all rooms are like this.
