Superb location, clean room, the room size very big compare to hotel in downtown. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is ok, not much option only scramble egg , ham, bread and fruit are provide. Have luggage storage service if you check out before flight time.

It is very close to the Plaza de España and very convenient. You can visit the Palais des Anglais just one block away. It’s also close to the subway station ~ I highly recommend it😊

房間一般般，性價比不高，價格太貴，地段可以，會私自開我們房間的門，不知道為什麼？幸虧我們房間有一個人，工作人員沒有作任何解釋，就關門走了。我們不在房間時，門上掛了免打擾，因為我們的行李都打開着，第二天發現還是進房間打掃了，不知道為什麼？

I stayed here for one week during my business trip. The hotel is very conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The metro and bus stops and a department store were all within short walks. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The free breakfast was simple, but the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in my next trip to Madrid.

we loved so much this hotel we stayed 5 nights in apartment number 103. It's almost like a deluxe sweet of 40mq. The staff are very gentle and professional, special thanks to Roberto the receptionist .The hotel located in a private street in the princess area that's why the name come from So when you leave the hotel and you go right side walk for 100 metres you find the main big street of Calle de La Princesa. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of supermarkets shops, restaurants, fast food (kabab house🎉), and more and more. metro lines like 4 and 6. very good connected to the airport you have to change one time only. Please ask The reception staff about the free bus # 001 it passed from calle De la Princesa and take you to all the main attractive sitesin Madrid pass each 4 minutes trust me you don’t need to take the Metro when you are in the street of the princesa All the way 1 km you arrive to Plazza España:Spanish square At the right 10 minutes walking to the Royal Palace you continue straight you find your self in GRAN VIA One of the most famous in Madrid for shopping and everything and also at the left side you find Malasana Neighbourhood a lot of bars launches and theatres cool pubs , Restaurantsa lot of that Asiaian Restaurants Ramen… I definitely will come back it’s ❤️🇪🇸🇮🇹

We have been coming to Madrid for 13 years and just discovered the Muralto this year. What a hidden gem! Highly recommend for excellent location, facilities, cleanliness, good breakfast and especially the warm, competent and professional staff. We have agreed, also with cousins from Italy who joined us here for several days, to return. A most welcoming, comfortable, quiet and pleasant stay! Highly recommend!

The appartments are very clean and quite also if to regualte the climate is hard (too warm or too cold). In front of convenience they almost quickly solve the room problem. The breakfast is very good with a wide choice also if you "have to dicsover it". The price for the room is functioning of how the reservation is done (my Company travel agency paid about the 20% more the standard price and 50% more than web engine best price): this wide oscillation can makd the Customer unfair. Since I'm diabetic I have the opportunity to cook in my appartment and very close there is a big supermarket.

The average rooms are not bad, but a bit small (althought there is a living room) and "tired" furnishings. The top room is brand new, ample, great terrace, excelent bed, excellent bathroom (shower separate from bathtub). Breakfast is excellent, a bit of everything. Location is awesome: it is somewhat residential but it is 50m from El Corte Ingles, Zara and other stores, and also from bus stop with bus line 001 (which takes you free to Gran Via in 7 minutes). Many local restaurants around the hotel within a 5 block radius. It is a rather easy walk to Debod monument (free but reservation needed).

I am very pleased I selected Muralto Madrid Princesa for my stay in Madrid. From the kindness and professionalism of the staff to the fabulous breakfast and room comfort, among other things, everything was great. I would certainly recommend Muralto to anyone wishing to stay in Madrid.

We stayed in a Junior suite for 3 nights. Check in was smooth. We arrived 2 hrs before check in but since the room was ready, we were able to get checked in upon arrival. The reception staff was very nice and spoke very good english. She showed us a map of the city. Room is very spacious. There is a separate bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, patio, a large bathroom with separate tub and shower, a very large sink, a fully equipped kitchen. There was a welcome fruit basket and complimentary bottles of water provided every day. The room was very clean and kept clean every day. Fresh towels were provided daily. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent with good egg, meat, bread and pastry choices. Location: walking distance to Plaza de España, bus stops, metro, restaurants, shopping. There is a supermarket and a church within a few minutes walk. So glad I booked this hotel. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Madrid.

This hotel was terrific in all aspects. We had a suite that consisted of a king bed in one room, and a more cot sized (but still roomy) bed in another, along with a kitchen area. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff always friendly and very willing to help. I highly recommend staying here.

If you are a couple and especially families don't hesitate to book Muralto. Highly recommended for its service, location, apartment rates and its spacious rooms.

This hotel is in a great location, there are restaurants and shops right on the door step. Reception staff are professional and friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the only thing we didn’t have in the kitchen was a kettle but the reception arranged for one to be delivered. Would definitely stay here again.
