We were traveling through Madrid over our anniversary and had a lovely stay at the Barceló! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Although the breakfast felt a little overpriced, it had a good selection of options (even some gluten free items!). We didn’t get a chance to get in the pool, but my husband loved the sauna. Overall the hotel is located in a very convenient area and was easily walkable to the metro along with many other shops and restaurants. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and we had a wonderful stay. Would stay again!

We loved the facilities in this hotel. The swimming pool looked gorgeous despite the time being limited and we could not try it.

The location is convenient for transportation. It is convenient to go anywhere by foot or by car. The breakfast is average. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. There is an intermittent rumbling sound from the upper floor. The service attitude is average. I don't understand why it takes so long to check in at 3 o'clock after checking out at 12 o'clock. The City View Room is really worth it! There are two large windows, one of which leads to the balcony. The city view outside the window is super beautiful! It is very clean, the bed is very large, more than two meters wide, and the hotel will put a one-liter bottle of drinking water and chocolate every day. The restaurant environment is good, and the buffet breakfast is very delicious.
