Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Hotel is clean, comfortable and is located in the heart of Madrid along Gran Via. It is close to multiple metro stations, shops, department stores, food and bars. This hotel is value for money. 100% will stay in this hotel again. We did not use the facilities nor try the food as there were plenty of options in the vicinity.
