Nice hotel, centrally located, great staff!

Very good location in Main Street , nearby shopping area and restaurants

I have been calling the hotel twice to ask for following - one on last night which they ask me write a email for request, the hotline is not for any enquiries; second time now which is in vain. Also tried to write email and ask Trip platform to follow up, two days later still no update. Super bad customer service that I would not recommend for anyone going to this city. Do risk your experience! Very bad!

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the city center, close to various attractions. It is very convenient to go anywhere by foot or online taxi. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets on the nearby commercial street Gran Vía, which is very convenient. The staff can speak English and can communicate. You need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, and bath slippers. It is best to bring your own hair dryer. The hotel is relatively heavy. The hotel does not provide disposable drinks. Because the hotel is environmentally friendly, it provides recycled glass bottles of water. However, there is a 24-hour supermarket not far from the hotel where you can buy it. The price is not expensive. If we come to Madrid next time, we will choose this hotel again, but we hope that the hotel front desk can strengthen its service attitude. It would be better if one of the employees is more friendly. The other employees are pretty good.
