Staff are friendly and helpful. We had problems in charging our car. We asked for help and they came in a minute to help. Carpark is just in the basement and so we could unload luggages and took the lifts from basement up to our room floor directly. Very convenient. Room : spacious Breakfast : not worth, only few varieties. Cleanliness : looks clean in general. But I think the hotel should pay more attention to the 'little things'. One spoon in the room and a plate in the breakfast restaurant had dirt.

Second time in this wonderful hotel... again the location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping... we did almost everything on foot. This time with the upgrade we were given the access to the Regency Club, a perfect place to rest have breakfast lunch or just have a rest after a long day... The staff is very friendly and really paid attention to our needs. Will come back again !

sound proof is extremely poor and the clogging bathroom was causing a lot of issues, some hair coming out of the drainage parts. bad experiences especially under the name HYATT.

They did not call or contact me when there was a problem with my reservation and would not refund even a partial part of my payment. Poor customer service

Deluxe twin room, outside the window is an air conditioner room, the window is full of smoke, the worst room is given to Chinese people. Then you have to spend 200 euros to upgrade. I saw some reviews about this, and I thought it might be me, right? As expected, Chinese people are probably given this kind of room, and they won't let you change rooms. All the rooms are empty, and they tell you they are full. Either spend money to upgrade, or make do with it. The sound insulation is very poor. Good location, good security. The room hardware is good, the only drawback is that the bathroom is a little narrow. The toilet and sink are large. The breakfast is good and of high quality. Self-service, and you can also order according to the menu. Friendly service.
