The hotel location is very convenient, just take couple minutes from Atocha station. Staffs are very professional and polite. Room is clean and spacious

The location is not that close to the Atocha station as we thought. The room is very large and confortable, however, it is pity that they could not offer us a late check-out.

Location is great and close to Atocha train station also couples of Metro stations. Easy to commute to key tourist attractions. Number of restaurant options and local super markets are nearby. Room setup and amenities are less than standard due to sustainability initiatives. Breakfast options are a relatively simple but enough.

Around 15 minutes walk from Madrid Atocha Station, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Wifi is strong, check in is fast. Nearest metro station is Palo de la Frontea that is 5 minutes walk

The room I stayed in is relatively large, about 25-30 square meters, with central air conditioning to adjust the temperature, a coffee machine, but no kettle. I am very satisfied that the hotel's emergency response is in place. The hotel's air conditioning equipment is under the window of the room I was assigned at the beginning, and the noise is relatively loud. After reporting to the front desk, the location of the remaining rooms is immediately displayed, allowing customers to choose the room they like. Although the hotel's shower room is made of brown glass, other people in the room can see the shower situation inside when standing in it.

The hotel performance is really shabby for this price. The location is shown near the train station, but it takes more than ten minutes to walk there, and you have to take the elevator up and down, which is very inconvenient to carry luggage, especially large luggage. The room and the front desk are in two buildings, and you have to take the elevator up and down with luggage in the hotel. Finally, for the first time, I felt the difference in the attitude of the front desk towards European and American tourists and Asian faces. The lady at the front desk was chatting with a European and American man in front of me, but when we checked in, she suddenly looked cold. I have stayed in so many hotels and the first time I encountered this situation was at Marriott.

The room is spacious and bright, the service is good, the breakfast is rich, and the location is excellent. It is 8-10 minutes walk from Atocha train station. It was a pleasant stay!
