GGuest UserThis is my birthday trip to Macau with my wife, we struggled to choose which hotel to stay around this area, in the end we decided to stay here and found out it was totally worth it! By stepping in the hotel Mr Patrick directly helped us by taking our luggage and took us to the reception, Ms Carol who helped us check in was super nice and professional, Ms Jacey walked us to our hotel room and did a nice tour, then we met Delfin and Nelson amazing house keeping team! The birthday decoration was surprising and the amenities was really good. Hotel Nuwa will always be my first choice and highly recommend to my friends and families! Special thanks to all the staff!
Also the location is super convenient.
CCandygramI had an amazing stay at this hotel ~~ it was truly luxurious from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always smiling, which made the whole experience feel even more special. I loved the unique touch of having the check-in counter on the top floor, it was unexpected and really added to the charm.
My room was stunning, AMAZING VIEW! with super comfy beds and a washroom that was, let’s just say, spicy 😉. The pool was absolutely beautiful! perfect for relaxing and soaking in the vibes.
While the casino was on the smaller side and only offered baccarat, it wasn’t an issue for me since gambling wasn’t the focus of my trip. Plus, they offer a convenient shuttle to a larger casino if you’re looking for more variety.
Overall, an amazing stay! I’d absolutely love to come back again.
PPheonix KC.Well-service, nice location, superb cleanliness!
The hotel located next to the main road (5 mins from the airport) and very close to the bus stops which is easy to go around. 5 stops to reach the centre of the city like The Venetian.
24 hours front-desk is convenient for late-night travelers as I arrived around 1 am. Staffs can communicate in english, made it easier to ask for help, they were really nice and helpful!
The hotel is new and very clean! You can see it as you came in the first floor. The room is also clean and large. The scenery with a mix of mountain and city view.
You can leave your luggages at the informations after checking out, they have a room provided specifically for those which is great!
I would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Macau, if you find a reasonable price hotel with superb cleanliness and comfy. This hotel is the choice!
GGuest UserModern, clean environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. Delia upgraded my room without charge ....what a bonus so i stayed an extra night in the same room. I rented a commute card, 50mop refundable deposit, topped up 50mop, used only 8mop. On checkout one staff helped me call a taxi. I said it was a shame to loose the 42 balance & she said i could use up my balance in a 7-Eleven store so i rushed over across the street & got myself a sandwich & redbull. My room was well litted, air-conditioned with great amenities. Highly recommended.
AAnonymous UserWe love this hotel. We always check in this hotel because its clean, big room, nice view and new hotel. Near to San Malo and many restaurants choices. Super recommended this hotel.
GGarry cool.I staying this hotel many times. Need and clean kindly staff great service nice view always feel happy to stay at the place. You should try at once
MMel HeytsyuRoom is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area, staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things. We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.
DDr.SrinivasDuring our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Macau, where we booked two rooms for three adults and one child, we had a delightful time. The hotel’s prime location made it easy for us to explore the vibrant surroundings and nearby attractions. Our accommodations were spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for our family. The staff stood out with their warm hospitality, always ready to assist us with a smile. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast spread, which catered to various tastes and was enjoyable for both adults and children. My child loved the pool area, which offered a safe and entertaining environment to unwind. Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn Macau exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in this lively city.
