The service of this hotel is excellent! The staff, 陳卓立, who was a friendly and help person, introduced good recommendations for us to consider our meals. His helping hand and service we're really appreciated. This hotel equipped with a warm water swimming pool that is open fir all seasons. The staff, 梁婷婷, was informative and always ready to serve with beautiful smile. Surprisingly, fruit water and fresh grapes were served to the swimmers by their staff. The overall experience during this trip was excellent!

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

My stay at Studio City Hotel, Macau was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable—truly some of the best service I’ve experienced! The hotel itself is stunning, with a luxurious and modern design that creates an exciting yet comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Macau. The facilities were top-tier, with fantastic dining options, entertainment, and even a resort-style pool. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access major attractions and casinos. Overall, Studio City Hotel delivers a world-class experience with outstanding service. Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Special thanks to Catherine/Colin/Edmond. Picture 6 Friendly reminder: When making tea in the silver tea set of Huating Afternoon Tea, be careful not to get burned on the top of the tea lid. Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. Seeing that I had my mother with me, I even arranged a car to pick me up from the airport. Be My Guest Be My Home Looking forward to my next visit to my home away from home Londoner!

Highly recommend this hotel! Luxurious, super efficient service, everything 5* ! Definitely deserves the 5star hotel recognition. All superb, breakfast quality was amazing! Shuttle buses available to most places. Located in a nice area to walk around, view is amazing. Rooms are huge and clean. Housekeeping done efficiently. All the small things are noticed like cable ties for our cables, laundry given a bag, etc etc. World class hotel! Must stay here when visiting Macao, also one of the newer hotels!

The spacious room and the spectacular view is the only highlight in my opinion. Maybe my expectation is a bit high after staying with Andaz, which provided an excellent and all-rounded experience. For example, we have made an earlier request for late check out when doing the check in, but get rejected by the check-in staff. They didn't consider your membership status nor the birthday. Please don't expect any perks or rewards. The room was not ready when we were there. So we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we came back, the stored luggage was not directly sent to your room. You needed to reclaim your stuff at the concierge. I was a bit disappointed. The location is not prime and at the far corner of the whole district. Staying here with the gold elite status and on your birthday will not bring you anything extra, even though you have made remarks earlier. Definitely, not the first pick in Macau.

First, Ms. Joyce, an employee of London Renaissance, called me in advance to ask how many guests would be staying on this trip and whether there were any special celebrations or anniversaries. Ms Joyce has a very serious work attitude and a very gentle voice. Before I even checked into the London Harbour Hotel, I already felt how right I was to choose the London Harbour Hotel! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the strong British style. The architecture and decoration are exquisite and elegant, as if you have traveled to London in a second. When checking in, I happened to meet Ms Arya, a hotel employee who had been in contact with me on WeChat. She not only helped me complete the procedures quickly, but also personally led us to the room. Along the way, Arya helped me take care of the children and patiently answered their questions. She not only introduced the hotel's facilities in detail, but also patiently answered our questions. Her service was professional and considerate. I just casually told Ms Joyce that this time we were celebrating my birthday and didn’t mention any requests for decoration or special requirements. I didn’t expect that Ms Joyce and Ms Arya would surprise us by upgrading the room first. After entering the room, the surprises continued. Arya even sang birthday song with the birthday cake she had carefully prepared for us. I was so touched at that moment! When we returned to the room at night, there was another surprise. Arya also prepared a heat patch to relieve leg fatigue and two bath balls for us. This is not just a stay, but more like a thoughtful surprise party. The room layout is impeccable, spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and every detail shows the quality. Joyce and Arya's warm service left a deep impression on this trip, allowing me and my children to spend an extremely warm and unforgettable time!

Visited the venetian and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful and room was big. Downside was I was given a room on a floor that was going through upgrading works and the smell of fresh paint was overbearing and lingered in the air throughout my stay giving me a bad headache. Thankfully I was not staying for long. Other than that, room was clean and housekeeping made up room ans replenished amenities daily. Casino is just downstairs and there are many eateries and in room dining available. Unfortunately, food is very expensive and wasn't really tasty. There is shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free.

The team arranged a special birthday cake to my girlfriend and the special photo shooting from an instant print camera. The room is very new, fresh, and clean. The drinks at the bar are great. The location is good. It is very memorable. Continue the good work!

My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.
