Good
YYuanzuoyitiaoredaiyuThis was my second visit to The L'Occitane Hotel. What I loved most was the subtle verbena fragrance, and the room was equipped with a full range of L'Occitane bath products. Breakfast, served in one of the three downstairs restaurants, was quite basic.
The L'Occitane is conveniently located, just about a five-minute walk to the Grand Lisboa Palace casino. There's also a fantastic 'Pepper Lunch' restaurant in the downstairs mall. This time, we even took our child to experience the low-altitude flight attraction. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.
We were also given complimentary express tickets for the Wynn SkyCab, and it's incredibly convenient to walk to The House of Dancing Water show.
MMrs PortiaWe were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and we enjoyed our special day as a married couple. Actually it's our second stay here, our first stay in this hotel was last year we booked the onsen garden room as a surprised birthday gift for my sister-in-law and I remember the two Bellman who helped us for our things from our check-in until check out I think they were Nelson and Gene and that's why we came back because of the good service and kind staff and the second time we stayed we were not disappointed again to this hotel, from the check in there is Dennis who approached us and really assisted us from check in until we arrived in our room, I feel amazed when I saw that our room was decorated and has a beautiful view as what I requested. 🥰 We appreciated them so much!! From the time we started our stay there, there is also Winslou who made our stay so much easier because he is so friendly, he gave all our room request's and assisted us where can we find a cozy places, and also where to celebrate our dinner. To sum up everything, we had an amazing stay and we will surely be back here. ❤️
GGuest UserAlthough the location is a bit out of the way, the facilities are quite new. After clearing immigration, it's only a few minutes' walk from the Grand Lisboa Hotel. The downstairs mall has limited dining options and low foot traffic, making it a good choice if you prefer a quieter environment. We booked a suite, which was quite spacious and had a comfortable bed. However, the amenities were disappointing. For a suite, they only provided two sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste, and two pairs of slippers. There were no amenities for children, which I hope they can improve.
GGuest UserAfter looking at many hotels, we finally decided on this one, and it perfectly matched its description. It offered fantastic value for money and a wonderful overall experience. For our family trip, the rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. The hotel also boasts great facilities like a swimming pool and a restaurant, which thoroughly pleased every member of our family, from young to old. The service was exceptionally attentive, and all the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Its location is super convenient, with a bus stop right outside the entrance and the Sands Casino directly opposite. It's also very close to major attractions such as Fisherman's Wharf, the Science Center, the Grand Prix Museum, and the MGM Museum. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Macau.
CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!
MMel HeytsyuRoom is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area, staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things. We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.
MMarios KynigosThe location is convenient and well-situated, making it easy to get around. However, the place itself is fairly basic and doesn’t offer anything particularly special. It’s a decent option if you’re just staying for a couple of nights and don’t need many amenities.
GGuest UserThe location was easy to find, and the room was quiet; everything else was pretty good. However, the attitude of the female front desk staff member with a mole on her nose was absolutely terrible. She treated us as if we owed her money – did she think guests hadn't paid for their rooms? The other staff members were all very good.
Additionally, the front desk required a 500 deposit, and it was cash-only. Most hotels in mainland China no longer require this, which makes me feel that the service industry here definitely hasn't developed as well as in mainland China.
GGuest UserThe beds are quite spacious, which is a definite plus for Macau standards. While the cleanliness was decent and not as bad as some online reviews suggested, the facilities are genuinely old and dated. The 7th floor has a swimming pool and a hot tub, which is great for kids. Breakfast was quite generous, offering a good variety. The location is fantastic: there are numerous eateries and restaurants right across the street. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Grand Lisboa and only about a 10-15 minute drive to Taipa. The service was excellent; any requests made by phone were promptly fulfilled. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were very helpful. As we were a large group, finding taxis for six people on our own was inconvenient, so having the front desk staff help us arrange cabs was a huge relief and saved us a lot of hassle.
