The worst experience was this one. The room was average in size, but the amenities were shabby. The closet had no door, the hangers were from nowhere, the shower didn't work, and the bathtub bottom was extremely dirty (pictured). There was a constant banging noise at night, and I complained to the front desk over the phone, but they didn't do anything. Just as I was dozing off at around 2 a.m., a loud bang woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep again until 4 a.m.
The front desk lady's attitude was commendable. This is my personal experience for reference only.

The room was spacious enough, quite clean. The shower had no screens or curtains, the floor was completely drenched with water after showers. Overall not a bad hotel for the price.

The grand harbor hotel is clean and big room fits for one family...the view is good.can see the view of the city like grand Lisboa...I want to invite to come and see Macau....
