是次和父母及家人預祝兒子生日，特地選擇了倫敦人御園。御園的服務果然一流，除了會事前聯絡外，因兒子有蠶豆症，亦特地在接待前上網查看食物須要注意的事宜。非常感謝管家Willson & Lucianna 的服務，非常貼心，尤其是Willson，因酒店沒有非薄荷的兒童牙膏，而兒子不能使用含有薄荷的東西， 特地安排在外購買，細節位滿分。感謝酒店為兒子準備了生日蛋糕，職員為他唱生日歌，令他非常開心。
另外，酒店的早餐非常豐富，味道一流。感謝管家團隊，用心記着每個人的喜好習慣而準備了溫馨的禮品，使我們渡過了一次非常愉快及溫暖貼心的週末小假期。

After shopping with my mother, the housekeeper Xiao Huang was very kind to help her arrange a foot bath. Xiao Lin and Xiao Huang carefully arranged small gifts, which showed their listening and thoughtfulness, and the exhibitions introduced were very nice. It was beyond expectation and satisfying. The hotel hardware is luxurious and exquisite, clean and sanitary. The software service is even more satisfactory, and the butler service system is particularly considerate. From the moment I checked in, a butler was always available to provide considerate service.
