吃貨住Londoner，是為什麼？
當然是為了華庭，且必須全日通行。但酒店本身也值得肯定。
訂房不可取消的節點之後，管家團隊會電話聯繫加好微信，機場**車（6月起無專車）不論來回，Londoner都是第一站。
前台小哥Colin友善熱情，訂房時留言高樓層近電梯得到了積極響應。另有專人陪同引到34樓，開門介紹細節，房間可以看到大笨鐘。開夜床時一天提供水果、另一天馬卡龍和巧克力，附上手寫卡片（也每天更新），提供了很高的情緒價值。
套房層高無優勢，客廳卧室之間有推拉門分隔。富裕的面積給到衣帽+衞生間，兩進雙盥洗台五功能分區，着實慷慨。沙發旁擺着傳説中的足部按摩器，及膝一次性襪子已備好並勤於補充，住在平均日行兩萬步的路氹區，實在沒有什麼好挑剔的。迷你吧的飲料根本喝不完。泳池和康萊德共用，池子面積不大，這點不如對面的。但配了很多小朋友的游泳用具，工作人員主動送上檸檬水和果盤。
酒店團隊管理過硬，每位工作人員都保持恰到好處的禮貌、提供周到細緻的服務，而非毫無邊界的熱情。

服務非常注重細節，除管家貼心服務照顧之外，在酒店入住和用餐時，所遇到的其他員工服務也都是精益求精，確實做到了“家外之家”的宣傳理念，不愧為澳門酒店的天花板，特別點贊華庭餐廳經理Mike，微笑真誠的交流給我留下了深刻的印象，倫敦人是我以後來澳門的首選入住酒店。

六月底去倫敦人住了七晚，早餐下午茶酒吧的出品就不用多説了，非常高水準，連吃七天也還能接受，最喜歡的是原味司康，因為這個我會再次入住哈哈。總體來説很滿意，尤其是服務，是我目前住過的酒店裡服務最好的。臨行前有工作人員知道我有腸胃炎，住的七天裏不管換哪個餐廳都會有工作人員來問是不是需要忌生冷，一個人記得也許是例外，七天裏所有人都記得那真的是管理團隊非常厲害才能做到。客房內的任何小事（小到多要一個卸粧棉）衹要提一次要求，後面幾天每一天都按照要求做，真的太令人感動了。餐廳有兩位工作人員我印象很深，但是這兩位都沒有名牌，一位是穿藍色西服瘦瘦高高的男士，一位是普通話説得很好有點北方口音的女士，他們衣服和普通的不一樣，每一次服務都讓人非常舒服，特別感謝他們。這是一次非常棒的旅行！
