The facilities are good and the staff are very, very kind..
Pickup, sanding sanding service was free and convenient
The day before arrival, the staff in charge sent me a KakaoTalk message
Taught me the hotel meal system
And prepared the pick-up guide, which was nice (Ritz-Carlton didn't have free pick-up and sending)

入住期間，非常感謝Katrina的專業服務，及時解決我們碰到的問題！還有餐廳部的負責人Jessica，Joyce張也是儘量滿足客户需求，熱情周到，大多數時候比較着急就餐，Jessica 總是第一時間響應，提前安排，讓客户真正感受到賓至如歸！這次也特別感謝酒店保安醫護隊，本身就手指割了個小口子，但酒店竟出動了三位員工，甚至帶帶上了輪椅等醫護設施，真的有被温暖感動到！小事都被認真對待，做到細節化如此優秀的，倫敦人是第一家！

第二次入住，今次非常繁忙，13:30到達大堂check in，後在酒店附近逛，15:00直接下午茶，到了16:00左右管家送房卡過來，說房已收拾好了，享受3天2夜是很舒服，選自肋早餐有魚生這邊好好多

It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Every employee provided sincere service from the heart. I especially liked the attention and attentive service of every employee in the lounge. It exceeded my expectations! I will definitely come again next time! I really like the hotel's careful decoration and the gifts for the children! The baby and the children were reluctant to leave.
