住了這麼多年（由2017開幕到現在）不下二十次，今次有點失望了！感覺酒店管理每況愈下，安排的房間窗紗壞掉不能關睡房企燈也消失了.. 枕頭發霉換了枕頭套也沒有解決發霉，前台的員工服務也是新不如舊

已經提前辦理好入住手續，結果回來取房卡卻要等40多分鐘，而即時辦理入住的己經完成了8個，算是奇葩的了。

房間有噪音，隔壁在裝修，一直砸牆，到早上9:00開始！房間有味道陳年的異味，走廊也有味道！價格也不算便宜！自助餐還行！服務人員倒是蠻好的熱情
