5月初我們通過攜程旅行網預訂了澳門永利皇宮酒店3日2晚大床房，辦理入住時特意選擇了可看海及飛機起降的房間，65平方米客房寬敞明亮，設施一流。酒店配套的餐飲也很棒，我們每天都在這裏用餐，如果説米其林2星譚卉私房菜充分彰顯了粵菜大師譚國鋒總廚應時而食的美食理念，那麼永利扒房便是西餐的經典，在品嚐頂級牛扒鮮美的同時，還可欣賞到獨具一格的卡通表演。紅8粥麪及馥樂庭美食街的菜品也是豐富多樣且物美價廉。當然乘坐環繞酒店觀光纜車更是一覽湖光天色夜景、精彩絕倫。此外，到永利幻影空間體驗遨遊寰宇也是不錯的選擇。是次入住永利皇宮適逢母親節及本人生日，先後收到餐廳及客服部贈送的玫瑰花和巧克力蛋糕，非常温暖和感動。還值得一提的是，幾天裏無論前台接待生，或餐廳服務員都熱情有禮、態度完美。最後還得説説，攜程酒店管家楊小姐積極協調酒店方全部滿足了我們所有的入住需求，為我們提供澳門境內用車的美女司機“間開”小姐也是技術一流，全程體貼，通通給予點贊！

服務不咋樣，印象不好。非週末近3000的價格，房間給我安排到最後一間。年屆半百，拉着箱子走了多少分鐘，氣喘吁吁的，有個保潔和一個服務員在走廊盡頭，服務員那個女的轉身，還在學我喘氣，嘰裏咕嚕的來了一句，真是可以。以後去澳門玩兒，再也不會住這家了。
剛入住進去，還有個女的拿着抹布敲門，説桌上有什麼要擦一下，沒看見翻開那個墊子擦的到底是什麼。
最近又有點想去澳門，把上次住的評論一下，免得再入坑。

很👌的酒店，入住愉快。皇宮纜車憑房卡可以不用排隊，每天在把它當成了出行工具，少走了很多路，紅 8 裏面的菜耶很好吃
