衛生程度差，隔音差，明明說好是一點才退房，提早打電話及請清潔姨姨請我們離開。樓房很舊，感覺東西殘舊潮濕。

康泰酒店位置就在新馬路尾 超正 ！房間裝修比較新 床褥柔軟睡得舒服 ！酒店價錢又很適中 ！洗手間夠大 很滿意 ！退房時間是中午13:00 但澳門很多酒店都是11點 因我們凌晨3-4點才回 前台服務很貼心 允許我們14:00才退房 非常感謝 ！ 下次繼續入住你們酒店 ！

房間很小很玲瓏，在澳門這價格大概也正常。衞生乾淨，所需物品齊全，帶孩子每次來澳都住這，出門步行或公交去哪都方便。
