房間的隔音效果極差。首先，晚上入睡時酒店外面的噪音清晰可聞；其次，半夜兩三點從樓上房間傳來的床響的聲音不堪入耳，嘰嘰嗡嗡的響，不知道的還以為是老鼠聲嘰嘰喳喳的，即使我把耳朵塞上被子，也難以屏蔽這噪音，嚴重影響了我的睡眠質量。
作為一名消費者，我希望在酒店能夠享受到安靜舒適的環境，這是最基本的需求。而此次在總統酒店的住宿體驗，卻讓我對酒店的印象大打折扣。希望酒店方面能夠重視這些問題，加以改進，否則很難讓客人滿意。

This is a traditional and old hotel in Macau. I booked it for my elders. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and drinking around the Macau Peninsula. I think the hotel management is good and the service details are good.

I stayed in many hotels in Macau, but this one was the only one that didn't have a safe. The room I stayed in was a converted suite with only one locked door. I could hear the conversation next door at a normal volume, but luckily I wasn't discovered. I strongly recommend not staying here. There is nothing you can do but sleep on the street and spend a thousand dollars to lurk.
