~ The Okura Hotel is located in the Galaxy Arena, so the location is very good. The mall has shops and restaurants, which is very convenient.
~ Hotel Okura staff are very friendly and take care of the needs of guests.
~ The hotel room provides free mini bar, drinks, cup noodles & chips, as well as welcome fruit, which is diverse and fresh.
~ On the 29th floor of the hotel, there is a massage room, swimming pool & fitness room, the facilities are very good.
~ I stayed at Hotel Okura 10 years ago. I think the room is very clean and the accommodation experience is very good. The only thing is that the hotel no longer provides breakfast.
~ Celebrating a special day, thank you so much hotel~ Cake & beautiful gifts.
~ The bathroom has a bathtub, but it is a hair dryer. There is no power plug for the hair dryer, so you have to go to the hall to blow dry your hair, which is inconvenient. The water pressure of the shower is relatively low.
~ The 2nd floor of the hotel leads directly to the Grand Paradise, which is very convenient.

It has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.
