住了總統套房，讓butler幫忙預訂酒店的酒吧，40分鐘愣是説一樓前台聯繫不上二樓酒吧。後來我們自己去酒吧坐下了，酒吧服務人員還是不錯的～
提前預約早飯會有優惠價，我們聽過butler提前預約了早飯，butler收到後看起來應該沒有和餐廳溝通，最後不僅要求我們等位，最後結賬一開始還收了我們全價，後續我們拿出提前預約的證據後才幫我們改了價格
總體來説butler團隊非常令人失望，酒吧服務不錯

設施雖然沒有很新，但是還是較為整潔，服務還可以，就是外國工作人員不少，上門送東西都是外國人服務，整體體驗還是不錯的。

The St. Regis Hotel in Macau is very good. The front desk guy checked me in early and checked out at 11 noon. He also helped me apply for a one-hour later check-out. The hotel is large and has a great view. It is much quieter than the Renaissance Harbour View in Hong Kong at night. I will choose St. Regis again in the future

Disadvantages:
1. Ctrip's room voucher is not cost-effective. The 400 yuan dining voucher cannot be used to purchase breakfast in the room. It can only be used for consumption in bars and restaurants. It is useless for people who don't drink.
