不足24小時的入住體驗，離開前只後悔沒有住多一晚
第一次試住這品牌，下雨天從香港到酒店一口氣到達不用打傘，坐倫敦人的接駁巴士
大約12左右到達check-in，房間雖然未有，但寄存行李，延遲退房，生日蛋糕，酒店都一一安排好了，還送了小心意生日禮物
管家邀請房客6點到大堂有免費香檳，大約5點回來取房咭，房間空間感夠，牙刷，拖鞋非常高質好用，下雨天打消游泳念頭，忘了要帶泳帽，在房內浸浴，需要問前台拿浴鹽
晚飯後管家已安排好蛋糕，亦已開了床，非常貼心
早餐亦要讚，可以食到1點，足足訓到9點幾先起身，食物總類非常驚喜，很多款式，一早餐廳管家唱著生日歌送上蛋糕，令我很感動和難忘！
