2시40분에 체크인하러가니 1시간 후에 가능하다고 함.
1시간 후에 가니 아직 방이 준비가 안됐다함. 항의해도 사과 한마디 없이 방이 없다는 소리만 반복함. 인근 호텔들과는 너무 다른 최악의 직원 응대였음. 가족여행 시직부터 기분 망침. 마카오 여행에서 왠만하면 여기 거르는게 좋을듯.

房間環境舒適，服務超級好，由於小朋友調皮，把我的項鍊遺落在了酒店，離開澳門了才發現，及時聯繫了酒店人員，雖然溝通過程稍微有點複雜（沒有我們常用的微信，用的郵箱聯繫），但是工作人員很努力的幫我處理問題，經過聯繫順利把項鍊寄回了成都，非常感謝每一位工作人員，會推薦身邊的朋友入住貴酒店，也會繼續二刷澳門，在澳門，深刻地感受到了澳門人對我們內地人的熱情，謝謝你們！！

The facilities are good and the use of the Golden Reel inside was also good. However, if you want a view of the Parisian Eiffel Tower, please check the room type and view in advance before making a reservation.
