設施：真不咋滴第一天洗澡水下不去，漏得外面都是，想着太晚了，我自己拿腳墊吸掉，第二天特地給前台打電話，回來給我留言説已經解決，結果第二天又堵，洗到一半跑出來打電話。
另外電話有點接觸不良，打個電話點來點去點不出來。雖然要了空氣凈化器，但是喉嚨還是感覺堵堵的。
服務：check in的時候説不要給我尾房，好嘛，給了第一間房，兩個人送上來，給我演示怎麼開關窗簾……客房小哥還是很不戳的，比較有耐心，要啥都及時響應。
地理位置確實比較偏，高峯時期出租車很少，同一時段倫敦人就很好打車。帶未成年的話建議別住，不能穿過**的話，要多走很多路，我不知道一天逛完澳門的怎麼做到的，對我來説從威尼斯人回來真的太遠了，倫敦人已經很勉強了，去永利我都想打車，虛弱
衞生：衞生還可以，睡着沒有過敏什麼情況，總體還是很乾凈的，我估計我喉嚨不舒服大概率可能跟地毯有關係。

入睡時總覺得牀板硬得反常，孕婦本來就腰痠，躺上去更是輾轉難眠。半夜忍不住掀開床單一看，居然在床墊上墊了兩塊木板！這是給客人睡的還是受刑的？住縣城招待所都不會碰到這種情況吧？！
為了趕緊睡覺，當晚自己把木板抽出來了，第二天一早向客房服務部反映，沒有半句解釋，過了一會兒才派員工姍姍來遲把木板撤走。退房時再次向前台反映，也衹説會去了解情況，就沒任何後續了。所謂五星級服務，連基本健康關懷都沒有？
哦對了，入住時還碰到其它客人一口痰吐在前台地面上，沒人制止，也是活久見了。西餐廳裏此起彼伏的外放也就算了，竟然還有大哥光腳踩沙發上，建議有潔癖的人避雷。
