職員有禮，服務殷勤，提供貼心服務；只是地點確實與主酒店區有些距離，暢玩天浪淘園等較轉折，需轉乘shuttle bus，但要配合班次時間，有時想爭取時間，唯有選擇步行，例如由酒店步行到鑽石大堂，起碼10分鐘。

Andaz Macau. It exceeded my expectations. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again.
😊 I'd highly recommend it to my friends. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were beyond words. They were so friendly. Since it's part of the Galaxy group, you can use the Galaxy Macau pool. For families with children, there's no ***, so it's quiet and not crowded. 😊 It's perfect.

The beds were a bit cramped for two elementary school students and two adults. The overall space was also on the small side. It was newly built, so it was incredibly clean. I visited this hotel for the Grand Deck.
