第二次在澳門選擇安達仕酒店，環境舒適，房間佈局也很好，用品都很人性化，補充備品也是很大方！美中不足就是一家人三間房留言了想要相鄰房間的願望沒有達成。希望下次有機會改進

親子酒店，名副其實滿分！ 從入住開始就感受到了對小朋友的友好。房間設計現代又寬敞舒適，設施非常新且乾淨。特別驚喜的是酒店提供的小童備品（如小浴袍、拖鞋等），細節滿滿，小朋友超級喜歡。公共區域的氛圍也很輕鬆，小朋友活動空間足夠。
服務超讚，賓至如歸！ 必須重點表揚酒店的服務團隊Annie 和Yolanda ！從前台到客房服務，每一位工作人員都面帶微笑，熱情主動，響應速度極快。無論是諮詢周邊訊息、需要額外的用品（如小童枕頭、加床服務），還是簡單地問候，他們都處理得非常周到和專業，讓我們感覺像回家一樣温暖貼心。這種細緻入微的服務讓整個行程的舒適度大大提升。

酒店雖然設施不多但各方面的服務都非常好，無論是大堂的接待員, 酒吧的職員都是很有禮貌﹑很HELPFUL 的。雖然是次我並沒有被UPGRADE 但我仍對酒店評分很高。我期待下次再去入住能夠享用多些設施。這間酒店是非常值得入住的。

It was clean and the service was great. The facilities were up-to-date and very comfortable. There was a free shuttle bus so it was easy to get around and it was also nice to use the Galaxy Water Park. I was very satisfied.
