新豪影滙之前的巨星滙和明星滙都住過，這次第一次入住映星滙，是新造不久的酒店，房間很大很乾凈，服務也很好！

為了在銀河看演唱會預訂的，服務很好，進酒店會有人微笑打招呼，問路也很熱情，辦理入住很快
禮賓的行李寄存服務也很好，房間很大，夜床服務很温馨
從這裏去銀河場館也很方便

酒店在澳門算是很新的，房間很整潔，整體的裝修也是我喜歡的風格。套房很大體驗感滿分，酒店的服務人員態度也都非常好，很熱情，是下次來澳門會繼續住的酒店

這家酒店我不覺得適合喜歡購物的親子 除了一個donki超市 沒啥值得逛的 逛街還是得去威尼斯人倫敦人 酒店服務態度也很一般 態度是笑盈盈沒錯 但是各種不行 連小朋友一個水果冰要放進他們酒店冰箱冷凍下都説沒有 “我們酒店沒有冷凍櫃”不可思議 套房不像套房 他們家套房休息辦公區和床是在一個房間的 衹能説是空間大點的標間 管理也混亂的很 我們一共兩間房住兩晚 第一天入住 晚上9點多其中一間房的行李還沒到房間 然後他們服務人員晚上十點到十一點在兩個房間來回穿梭 因為他們沒搞清是哪個房間的行李 然後第二天大晚上10點多又説考慮到我們有兩個小朋友 房間煙味太重了 再給我們換個房間 就明知道我們隔天一大早就要退房 然後大半夜假惺惺來問你要不要換個房間 簡直敷衍

如果不玩小童樂園和水上樂園不建議定這裏 服務完全沒覺得好 説是下午三點多有房 我們出去逛到晚上9點多行李都沒進房間 簡直扯淡 備註了要風景好的房間給我們一片荒地 小朋友的水果冰要放冰箱冷凍
