The hotel is bery clean and hygienic. I really like the fact that all bedding and bath towels are disposable even though the bed feels a little strange.

The hotel is quite near to St. Paul ruin and Senado square like 10 mins to either places. It’s also near to a casino (Sofitel). The hotel is very small with 5 floors and only 2 rooms on each floor. My first impression of the room was good. It was small but very neat and clean. I didn’t expect they would give us free toiletry even toothbrushes were provided. Now, here’s the not so good part. The mattress is probably one of the hardest I slept on and I’m not a fan of this kind of mattress. It was heavy rain on my first night and the water kept splashing from a little hole on the wall. Luckily I used the wet wipe to cover the hole so problem solved! The room cleaning… well yes they took the trash out and filled up new toiletries but what about changing my used glasses?! Overall, it was a good place to stay for couple of nights if u are on a budget while visiting Macau as the hotels here are generally very expensive.

Overall is nice, clean and tidy. If there is a refrigerator, it would be even better.

Everything was good and quite good. The only thing is that they didn't change the pillowcases and bed sheets until I had to ask them to change on the 4th day. Stayed for 5 nights in total.

This is the third time I stayed at a different "Jia Xin" and I was still satisfied. The air conditioner had warm air and the waiters were friendly. The bed in this hotel is far from the toilet, which is very good. Unfortunately, it is a dark toilet without a window, which is a bit disappointing. The double room including tax is HK$400, which is good value for money.

The bathroom has a drain, which is reasonable. The bedside light control is touch-sensitive, which is also thoughtful. The only drawback is that the window cannot block the noise. Motorcycles often pass by the road downstairs, and the sound is a bit loud, but not too loud.

The room is very good, the hotel staff is very warm and thoughtful ❤ The surrounding transportation is very convenient, you can take bus No. 26 to the airport directly during the day It is also very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and there are many food nearby

I really didn't like the smell of the room and I was getting carsick. The staff were kind. Another person opened the door to the room and dropped it (it seems they got the wrong room. I was very scared, but the staff was watching with the security camera so I felt safe.

Not recommended to stay! 1. Even if the bed is a super hard bed, even the thick plastic molding packaged and shipped by the factory is not removed for guests to use. The back is not breathable and I wake up several times.... The windows are mediocre in soundproofing. 2. The quality of the supplies is poor. Thin and hard-to-use roller toilet paper is provided, and removable toilet paper is not provided in the room. 3. The hair dryer can dry it, but it cannot be fixed upright and it is broken! 4. The room is big but the bathroom is too small and the shower is inconvenient 5. It is recommended that operators send their employees to sleep for one night to experience and improve!
