We enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Ms. Bela Deng for being kind, hospitable and literally being just by the door to attend to our housekeeping needs. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping team we're very kind and helpful too. We were given a compliementary cake to celebrate our anniversary.
We took the shuttle to Lisboa Palace and walk (around 10mins) to the hotel. There is a mall on the ground floor so we had lots of things to do like indoor skydiving and arcade games. The breakfast at Stanley Cafe had many choices and good. Angela's cafe is good for light breakfast.
Will book this hotel again in the future. It's perfect staycation for families with kids.
Quick check in and out. Staff at front desk were nice and helpful, and had offered very useful information and advice. The room was spacious, neat and clean, and was well maintained. Would stay at the hotel again if visiting Taipa again.
The staff service at the front office was good, although we needed to get the room later than expected (after 3pm), but the staff there still made us feel satisfied. And the Line themed room was amazing, nice balcony, and cute decorations as well, highly recommended for young families.
The room is very big but old. Nice view. There are no outlet converters and the outlets are very far from the bed. The pool is nice and quiet and indoors. The staff do not speak good english are of little help when it comes to navigating macau. Good location as it's right next to Galaxy. Breakfast option is disappointing.
Room was new and had a very good view of the sea and the Macau Tower right in front. Nice and spacious. While the bathroom looked clean, the biggest problem was that there was a lingering smell of vomit in the bathroom that couldn't go away. This was really unpleasant and continued even the next day. My room was 1127. Also when they checked in they told me that smoking was not allowed but the smell of someone's smoking was evident all the way through the corridor on 11th floor. The lobby is really small in the hotel and the breakfast is seemingly in a Chinese restaurant? There's a Seaview pool but I didn't use it as the weather was bad. If you are visiting the Macau peninsula area then the location is really great and it's close to a bus stop with many buses to other parts of Macau. I wished I could have enjoyed the stay a lot more had it not been the smell.
This is the 4th time visit to Macau and staying in hotel Lisboa is always my first choice in Macau.
The hotel location and excellent service provided are superb!
We have a surprise upgrade to Royal Tower rooms to make our stay enjoyable and wonderful.
Once again we like to thank the hotel staff especially for the following teams:
Front office: Mr Jason Zheng, Mr Sam Liu
Concierge: Mr Alex
Their service was amazing, prompt and attentive. Both the teams catered to our needed throughout the stay.
We will definitely go back to Hotel Lisboa when we return to Macau.
Many many thanks to all the staff who did their utmost to make us feel good during our stay. Everything was really perfect, from check-in to checkout. The room was spacious and well decorated for our anniversary. We particularly liked their bar and the concept they developed for cocktails. The heated pool is beautiful, but the view is a bit obscured by the hotel building on the side.
Very good hotel in a good location. Room is quite large. Service is very good and all employees are very nice. Special recommendation the bar. Good cocktails and self made chips. Haven’t tried the breakfast in the hotel.
One of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.
