HHannahHotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!
LLeslie Wai YunIt's a true 5-star hotel. Our room had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower of the Parisian Hotel. Room is luxurious and perfect. The hotel staff were efficient and polite. Will stay here again anytime.
EEd WongThe family had a wonderful stay at the Parisian. It's super convenient, and had an amazing swimming pool and playhouse (both indoor and outdoor) for children to play in. They upgraded our room to one facing the Eiffel Tower and it was a gorgeous view indeed. Would definitely stay again.
RRBMNTZAbsolutely a top notch hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and complete. Huge bathroom, including a Japanese toilet. Shower has standard shower head and rain head. The matras on the king size bed is comfortable and firm. Fresh water, coffee and tea are free, the mini bar has more options to fulfill your needs. The breakfast has a wide variety of options: all of the world’s kitchens are present. Fresh and delicious. Enough restaurants around, huge water park, cinema, spa and shops. Enough facilities to also give your children a good time.
LLKH9988We appreciated our stay at the hotel, as the room and facilities were generally good, especially the swimming pools. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. However, we did encounter an issue with the flushing toilet, which seemed to require some maintenance. The thin toilet paper provided was even not suitable for disposal in the toilet. We needed to go to the washroom in the lobby. We thus recommend that this be checked for future guests to ensure a better stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and hope to see improvements in these areas next time.
FFUNG HSThe overall experience is good as being a L'occitane's fans.
Love the atmosphere here and the service are great.
The nearby shopping mall that connected with the hotel provide another entertainment area.
Will come to visit here again!
AAlanThis was the third or fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel, each time for a week or more. They give you a nice discount for longer stays. I especially like the pool overlooking the race track although sadly there is no more horse racing in Macau. I plan on staying here again. While the hotel is not as well located as some others, it’s between most bus and LRT stops, the price makes it worthwhile. Plus burning a few extra calories never hurts.
AAlwaystravelling247The first time I stayed was right when the border opened back in 2022. During that time, many restaurants and services were close or limited. However, 3 years later, everything’s open and services are in full capacity, enjoy this facility this time around. One thing to mine is that their pool is not a heated pool, which means that your own cold days, the pool water is nearly freezing. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel is due to their large double beds, what can accommodate for adults. Also, Grand Lisboa Palace is near by nearby, facility that also has a supermarket and shuttle service in parts of the city. For this reason, I think this is actually quite an attractive hotel to stay at. It’s also very quiet in the area which we liked because we had an infant.
BBig BeckerI really enjoyed my stay here. The only thing was that I tried to check in a little early about 1 o’clock and told me to check in was it 2 o’clock so I walk around the block and come back 15 minutes later in the lobby is filled with Chinese that we’re checking in early and I’m just standing there like why couldn’t I have checked in early… But it all worked out because the lady behind the desk remembered me. I came up to her and gave her a flower because it was national women’s day and I got checked in quickly. You should probably know you have to pay a HK$500 deposit here., Which I wasn’t expecting, but the rooms are really nice for the price and the location is pretty great so you should stay here at the Victoria 😊
