Mandatory New Year's Eve dinner for 90 USD. Hotel guests were offered a mandatory New Year's Eve dinner, a party with a band and a DJ. The dinner with all the entertainment was supposed to be private for hotel guests. At 9:00 PM, the dinner was interrupted and the tables were cleared. The party area was opened to everyone and a DJ came on stage. The private party became a party for employees and locals, at the expense of paying guests, who were supposed to get exclusive entertainment for 90.00 USD. Again, participation and payment for the New Year's Eve party was mandatory for hotel guests. Other people, locals and hotel employees had the party for free, at the expense of our payment. The bracelets that were given to us before dinner, for participating in the party, were suddenly no longer needed. Payment at the hotel is only possible in USD and not in local currency.

I have been there for few days. Most of staff are very helpful. You can book one day trip tour directly from the hotel. I booked a family room. The room was quite spacious. Best location in Maafushi

Beautiful view from the hotel, we can see directly the clear blue beach . The room spacious and clean. The staff are all friendly . Just check in process a bit slow. But overall it still good hotel to stay.

Maldives win my heart because of the memorable moment that Kaani give to us. 1st staff : Suman was the 1st person i contact thru whatsapp. She very considerate and help me with the check in. Checkin were very smooth that day. 2nd staff : We had our warm welcome by Tiger at the jetty and he brought us to the hotel. He is very friendly and cheerfull and helps us alot with the activity that we can do during our stay. We choose kaani tour for our shark tour ( of course with a very good price). 3rd staff : Dipya, she was handling F&B, very lovely and soft person. Our breakfast/ dinner time was enjoyable with her around. Very clean hotel. Nice food . Will come again. Thank you 🤍

I was so disappointed when they gave me the room with next building view, the receptionist should allocate seaview room to tourists.

Great room, but the front desk overcharged me and i forgot to ask to return. i should have paid USD 3 X 4 X 2 nights = USD 24 but i was charged at USD 48. i was busy handling my overstimulated child so didnt count properly as well.... anyway the room is great, the price is great, the food not so much. just so so. i forgot one of the waitress' name from Indonesia, she served us very very well. customer satifaction achieved by the waitress. no swimming pool. have to go to kaani beach then can go but only if you are about to check out... anyway, the price is worth the room and the meal.

It’s a great place to stay. The hotel arranged day trips the experience was amazing.

In front of the beach , breakfast is great . The staff are so helpful and a convenience store right inside the lobby easy for us to get after sun lotion .

Very nice view and room is clean. We booked last minute and price is acceptable.

The location is very good. Near Bikini Beach. I don't like how they treat their guests. They like to make us wait. There is no good service, when you arrive at the hotel, they will ask you to do some excursions instead of giving the keys and letting the guests sleep.The front desk is not friendly at all doesn't like to smile and greet. Change them all! Only Tiger is great. The breakfast staff is very friendly, but the food is dirty and full of flies.🤮 The room is very clean. Because of the strong wind, I lost a bikini top. When we checked out, we called them 4 times, but no one helped us with our luggage. Not recommended hotel!
