When I inquired about the issue, the staff claimed we had only booked for two people, which was incorrect. I showed them my booking confirmation, and they began preparing the room by bringing in a single bed. I asked how two children could sleep in a single bed, and the staff member, clearly confused, returned with another single bed. Unfortunately, the pillows were very dirty, and there were a few spiders in the room, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, it was a night to remember for all the wrong reasons. The only positive thing about the hotel was the warm chocolate cookies 😊

I had an amazing stay at the Hilton! Upon arrival, the reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were even greeted with a delicious chocolate cookie, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We couldn’t be happier with our stay, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Great stay. I requested an early check in because I was doing a night shift and needed to rest before starting work again in the evening. Staff were helpful. Good buffet breakfast spread. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was very nice and enjoyable place to stay.. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Seeing a venue about prestige collectors car was also bonus.

It is inconvenient to flush the toilet behind the toilet seat. Take the 51 bus from Swindon to the hotel location. Use Google Maps and get off at a place with no sidewalk. The hotel should note which stop you get off at and follow the bus directly😨 The rest is pretty good, there are many choices in the breakfast buffet~

The hotel front desk service was good. They sent hot snacks when we checked in. We stayed for two days, but the room cleaning was perfunctory. No paper towels were added and no garbage was thrown away. The room size was OK, but the facilities were a bit old and there was a light that didn't work.
