Lucerne Hotels with Wi-Fi

Location! Kindess! Beautiful! The hotel is in a great location, the stuff are very kind. We also ask for belongings save after we checked out, and the agree with pleasure.

The location makes it easy to get around in town on foot. The réception Mr Shahroux, was friendly, kind and hospitable which was a great welcome after a long day of travelling. The breakfast was correct but always the same fare for the 3 nights I was there.

I only stayed for one night as a stopover, but the hotel is very close to the station, and I have already arrived when I got off the bus and crossed the road. There is no air-conditioning in winter, but opening the windows is good enough! The room as a whole is so clean! The staff at the front desk are very kind and answer all questions! And the hotel is 5 miles away from the scenic spots, just walking distance! Moreover, a small supermarket is opposite the hotel, and it only takes a few steps to buy snacks! And there is a D restaurant on the lower floor of the subway station! Overall, it is highly recommended for travelers who want to catch the train the next day.

Overall, it was worth paying. Receptionists are kind enough. Nothing special than other hostels which is the good part. There were 4 out of 6 people in the room. The location is about 10 minutes away from the main station so if you have lots of luggage, you should be aware of it. They said they have a hair dryer in the bathroom but it doesn't and it required me to deposit a certain amount of money to get a private one at the reception. They didn't notice that to me when I checked in. So I was extremely confused until I got the idea.

Friendliest people we met in switzerland! Helped us to find parking lot and give tips to move around. Lobby has apple for guests, room size is big for a city hotel. Next to train station. Only down side is noisy from the street

Receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. Room was small, light bulb spoiled in the other part of the room and wasn't replaced. Coffee and tea bags provided. Bathroom was very small. Lift was very old and small. Can only fit 1 pax and a luggage each time. No frills hotel. Enjoyed the proximity to the train station, old town and the lake.

Every year when we fly to Europe for vacation, my wife always chooses the hotel, and it is always very good! This time is still the same, and this hotel makes us even more satisfied! The hotel is located near the scenic spots and is convenient for traveling. There is a supermarket next to it. The room has a terrace. The street view is beautiful at night. The breakfast is rich. The parking lot is in a nearby shopping mall. It is a bit inconvenient to load and unload luggage. When I come back in the evening, the hotel restaurant is full and the atmosphere is good. ,Worth a try
