good location and very friendly staffs, cleanness requires small improvement, as the floor of guest room was not so clean

Exit Luxembourg Main Train Station and take the street on the right, as shown in the picture. Don't go the wrong way, I turned left and walked a long way. The location of the hotel is easy to find. The room is also OK, but there is a construction site outside the window, and there are planes flying overhead, which makes a lot of noise. But there are no planes at night. And a week after check-out, the deposit has not been returned, although I have no complaints. Unfortunately, trip.com customer support was also unable to help me resolve this issue. It's very close to the station. There's food downstairs, but the air conditioner is still under repair. It's cool outside in September but the room is stuffy.

The location is good and you can walk to the train station, but the air conditioning in the room did not cool, which prevented everyone from sleeping at night. We negotiated with the front desk the next day to no avail. After negotiation with the help of Xicheng, each room was equipped with an electric fan, but it was basically useless. We checked out and changed hotels on the third day.
