But when we stayed at this inn in Luang Prabang, Laos called "Mekong River View", I thought I should give it another serious thought. What happened was that when I returned to the inn early on the third day after spending time outside and wanted to tidy up before going out for a walk, the person in charge of the inn asked me to change rooms from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. At that time, the 1st floor The room hadn't been cleaned yet and the door was open, so I walked in and took a look. I told my friend at that time that I didn't want to change if possible because the room smelled bad (my friend can testify). The person in charge who was not far away may have heard what I said, and he came over to me very fiercely and said: Why can't you stay if others can stay? If you are not satisfied, you can stay in other hotels, or you can go to Platform complaints. I was really dumbfounded at the time, and I also had a bit of cerebral congestion, but luckily it didn't explode. I told him that I didn't want to change because the room downstairs stinked, and if he insisted, I would check out that day, too. Complain to the platform and apply for a refund. After that, I went directly upstairs to pack my luggage, and he followed me again. His eyes were even bigger than mine, and he even argued with me. Fortunately, my wife was there, so the situation was not the same. worsen further. The boss upgraded the hotel to twin beds for our family of three. The service was warm and the hotel was clean. It's right by the river and very close to the night market in Xishan. It's very convenient.

Two bottles of water were provided upon check-in, but they were not replenished on the second day. The shower water was cold and there was no hot water.
