I came here alone and was so captivated by the charm of this place that I stayed for two days. A neighbor who was like an older sister to me here took me to the observatory. Everyone helped me and they were so kind. I was very lucky to be able to stay at the Chengqi Tower. I want to express my respect for the greatness of the Hakka people. I am leaving after receiving such a valuable experience and emotion. I hope everyone here will be blessed with good luck. *Boss. It would be nice to have a wall mirror in front of the table in the guest room. And it would be better if the towels were a little bigger.🤭

GGuest UserAn ideal resort hotel with beautiful environment and first-class service. I brought a baby with me. It was raining and late when I arrived at the hotel. Ms. Liu, who was on duty that day, picked us up at the intersection in advance. She upgraded the room carefully, informed us of the precautions for check-in, and brought extra water and bath towels. She was very patient. , and she waited for us to arrive at the hotel before going to have dinner; the room hardware facilities are excellent, the bathroom is Kohler, hygienic, the original wood is very nice, there is no odor, the bath towels and small towels are very new, and the quality is not inferior to chain hotels . The breakfast is rich and varied, and the soy milk is freshly ground. You can eat breakfast while listening to the gurgling stream, welcoming a beautiful day. It was still raining after breakfast, and Ms. Liu left her umbrella for us. The service was excellent. Before setting off, she picked some bayberries nearby and washed them, taking them with her for the children to eat on the way. The quiet village and the quaint earth buildings hide such a treasure of a B&B. It is worth coming back and highly recommended.

Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi
Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk
Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby
Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling
Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok
Restaurant - serves delicious Hakka food
Overall we had a very enjoyable experience

SsingingcarolsClose to the train station. Can't be seen on the main road. There is an archway that has the hotel name on it. Staff were nice and friendly. Helped us order dinner using an app. However didn't have any info about buses to the tulous area. Nothing much around the hotel.
Very clean and room was spacious. Wifi was spotty. Can do laundry here for free. No dryer.

Regarding the pick-up and drop-off station. When I was about to arrive at the station, I took a look at the order, there was a pick-up station, and I had the attitude of giving it a try and getting through the hotel phone. The young lady at the front desk said that it was originally an appointment half a day in advance. She contacted the driver to see, and then received a call that was determined to answer. The driver waited for me at the online car-hailing arrival place in advance. At first glance, the new seven-seater business was a bit embarrassed for a moment. I would pick me up alone after a trip.
The station is really close to the hotel, 5 minutes! From the main street, go into the alley, about 10 meters, suddenly open, the parking lot and the facade and the reception area are all bright! Designer hotels are all tasteful.
The reception at the front desk was very smooth, the staff welcomed and sent to the smile, the room design was simple and distinctive, the interior furnishings were full of texture, especially there was a separate cosmetic area on the edge of the washing area, the round design 🪞, the leather makeup chair, very intimate. In addition, the oversized screen projection is also deep in my heart.
I was going back to the hotel to take my luggage. I felt that my mobile phone fell into the drip car. I saw that I was a little anxious. The front desk lady guided me to the rest area to let me deal with it quietly, and sent mineral water. Contact the driver quickly through customer service, thank you sister at the front desk.
Too rushed, didn't have time to take pictures! The first one was a glance back before going out in the morning, a bit cute, and I took it casually. The second one was taken last night to a friend to praise the screen.

GGuest UserA very unique Tulou B&B. Small but refined. The design of the room is very particular. The lower floor is the bathroom and bathroom, and the upper floor is the bedroom. Several rooms are connected to form a suite. The rooms are all made of wood, and the walls are also covered with wooden boards, making it very spacious and generous. There is also a entrance hall that separates the corridors of each suite of rooms. There are only 10 rooms in one earth building, and the population density is very pleasant. The butler's service attitude was good. The receptionist helped with luggage, recommended tourist attractions, and provided an important message: Guangzhou tourists are free of charge, haha😆. JJohn KenzoThis is the second time I am using this hotel. They have arranged a room at level36. Nice level and great view.
Room is clean with fresh sheets. The issues are the rain shower was leaking spraying upwards. The air-conditioning is having a malfunction. It's either too warm or too cold. It's like 8degrees at night and it's really cold in the room or hot like sauna. Well stayed there for 2nights. There are Christmas decorations for the season. It make the hotel lobby livelier.
Morning breakfast is decent. Its served with American breakfast and local Chinese cuisine.
There are two major shopping malls beside it and one opposite. Great malls to hang out for Starbucks or McDonald's. There are many chinese restaurants available serving delicious food. Western food and Japanese cuisine are available too.

There is a supermarket downstairs. There is a pedestrian street opposite the hotel. There are all kinds of local snacks and specialties. GGuest UserA very satisfying stay experience. This homestay is quite large, with a large parking lot and restaurant. The location is very good, a few steps away from the Tulou Prince Zhencheng Building. The exit of the scenic spot was 600 meters from his house. We didn't let the car in the scenic spot until 4 pm. We parked the car in the parking lot next to the exit (free of charge). The proprietress drove to pick it up in time and was very enthusiastic. The boss introduced us to the tour route. Some villagers were drinking tea and chatting with the boss, and the boss's family was very good. At around 5 o'clock, we drove the car to the downstairs of the villa, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The proprietress burned a hand, caught chicken on the mountain, fresh vegetables picked in the field, and the kitchen was clean. After dinner, go to Zhencheng Building to watch a light show and a movie on the floor. If you walk about 2 kilometers from the entrance of the scenic spot to Zhencheng Building, you don't have to take the scenic car and pay the parking fee to live in this house, which saves money and effort. It is a very recommended homestay.

I expected and the Hakka dishes in the restaurant next door were also delicious. The front desk sister Jiang is also very hospitable and talkative.
