The hotel room is spacious and clean. Bed is firm but comfortable. The breakfast spread is decent and different the 2 days we stayed. The reception is helpful and friendly. They helped us booking the bus to Châu Dốc.

1. Why do the hotels and trip.com not state that the rooms have no windows, only walls? ? ? How to escape when something goes wrong or even a fire alarm? This must be clearly stated on trip.com so that guests will know about it when they book a room! 2. There is a big black shoe print on the floor tiles in the room. Has no one cleaned it? 3. The plug of the electric kettle is a three-pin plug from China, but the wall jack is a round two-pin plug from Vietnam. No matter how I plug it in, I can't get it in. It was about twelve o'clock. I called the front desk twice and the phone rang. No one answered the call for a long time. Where did the person at the front desk go?
